Job Summary

Staff Full-Stack Engineer Java Spring Boot Hybrid 67743

This position is a senior-level engineering role with a strong focus on backend architecture scalable services and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Contribute to React Native frontend development when needed
Lead architecture discussions and technical design decisions
Develop reusable services and shared components used across engineering teams
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance

Must Have Skills:

Strong Java backend development experience
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Experience designing scalable backend services and distributed systems
Experience building REST APIs and reusable platform services
Strong system design and architecture experience
Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership
Experience with React Native or mobile development exposure

Focus:

20% Frontend (React Native)
80% Backend (Java Spring Boot) system design architecture
