What youll do:

• Partner with developers to prepare submit and expertly manage all documentation required by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) to secure those all-important approvals specifically Final Public Reports for subdivisions and common-interest developments
• Become a compliance champion by ensuring adherence to state regulations skillfully handling any deficiencies that arise and successfully securing public reports that keep projects moving forward
• Take on exciting additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management giving you the chance to grow and expand your expertise

What Youll Bring:

• 1-2 years of professional related work experience thats prepared you for this next big step
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite you know your way around Word Excel and PowerPoint like a pro
• Solid intermediate typing skills that keep you efficient and productive
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred and definitely a plus!
