Job Summary
Position Description:
Job Description for the role of L2 Identity Access Management OKTA Engineer. (Only Bangalore. Shift working hours USA business hours)
Qualifications Certifications and soft skills:
. Bachelor of Engineering (BE BTech or equivalent)
. Certifications OKTA Certified Professional (preferred)
. Strong communication skills and effective email writing capabilities
. Ability to document processes and suggest service improvements.
Technical Skills:
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management or security domain
2. Relevant experience of 3 years in OKTA workforce identity management OKTA Identity Governance and OKTA Workflows
3. Experience with OKTA universal directory and user life cycle management.
4. Experience with Active Directory operations directory integrations with OKTA and directory mastered users in OKTA
5. Understanding of Multi factor authentication and implementing an MFA method for an organization
6. Strong understanding of single sign-on protocols such as SAML WS-Fed and OIDC and onboarding of applications to enable SSO (minimum 30 app integrations are preferred in the career)
7. Setting up security policies authentication and MFA policies in OKTA
8. Experience with OKTA IDP integrations/org to org integrations.
9. Experience with OKTA APIs and using postman.
10. Knowledge of PowerShell scripts CyberArk PAM and SecZetta/NERM application will be an added advantage.
11. Experience with generating custom reports and analysis
12. Ability to analyze spreadsheet data and streamline reporting activities.
13. Experience with ITSM processes like incident change problem and idea management through ServiceNow.
14. Working hours - USA Shift
15. Location: Bangalore only
