MOCI Teacher
Description:Individual needed to teachstudents with moderate cognitive impairments at a center-based school for students with special needs.
Qualifications:Position requires valid Michigan teaching certificate with SA endorsement (Cognitive Impairment) endorsement preferred. Credentials must meet Michigan special education requirements. Ideal candidate will have CPR/First Aid certification and CPI training. Experience teaching in MICI -MOCI-SCIcontinuum and working with students with challenging behaviors required. Moderate to heavy lifting may be required. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to establish relationships with community and parents.

Schedule:Full Time semi-balanced calendar
Compensation Type:Per OAEA Contract. Starting salary $56486and up.
