Office Attendant in the Faculty of Education of The University of Hong Kong (Ref.: 534670) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above with at least 2 years full-time work experience. They should be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English and possess a reasonable command of written Chinese and English. They should have good interpersonal and communication skills; be hardworking responsible and able to work independently and within a team. The appointee is responsible for providing general support to the Faculty including mail delivery photocopying maintaining office/classroom cleanliness classroom setup logistics support to Faculty events/activities and coordinating facilities maintenance with the Estates Office. He/She will also support counter services when necessary and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointee will be required to work occasionally outside regular office hours.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
