About Your Company
King Deux is looking for a top-tier Crypto OTC Senior Sales Lead to accelerate the expansion of our OTC trading operations. This elite individual contributor position is intended for an industry veteran with an extensive client network and a master-level grasp of the digital asset sector. You will oversee the entire sales funnel from the initial discovery and onboarding of institutional leads to high-stakes trade execution and the management of key strategic partnerships.
About your role
Institutional Client Acquisition: Lead the proactive identification solicitation and onboarding of institutional entities such as hedge funds family offices MSOs and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Revenue Generation: Take full ownership of personal trading volume and revenue goals consistently surpassing targets through strategic market participation and high-level execution.
Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for Tier-1 accounts ensuring the firm maintains its status as their primary liquidity provider by delivering elite service and sharp market perspective.
Deal Structuring: Coordinate with the trading department to deliver competitive pricing and customized liquidity options (across both voice and electronic channels) that meet intricate client requirements.
Market Intelligence: Serve as a domain expert offering clients essential market analysis updates on liquidity trends and guidance regarding the regulatory environment.
Ecosystem Collaboration: Liaise with Compliance Legal and Operations teams to streamline the KYC/AML onboarding workflow and facilitate efficient post-trade settlements.
What you will need to succeed
Experience: 810 years in OTC sales including a minimum of 23 years focused specifically on the cryptocurrency and digital asset markets.
Proven Track Record: A verified history of hitting or outperforming ambitious individual sales benchmarks and overseeing substantial trading activity.
Network: A current and robust rolodex of institutional players or professional investors in either the digital asset space or traditional finance (TradFi).
Product Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of spot trading market mechanics liquidity provision and the complexities of operating within regulated environments.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to convey intricate financial ideas and the firms core value proposition to sophisticated partners and executive leadership.
Self-Starter Mentality: High level of internal drive to operate autonomously within a rapid shifting regulatory landscape without requiring close oversight.
