Job Description:
Ecolab is seeking an FP&A Director responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities across the organization. This role serves as a key point of contact for Division Finance Managers and enables them to drive bestinclass financial performance and business insights. The position requires strong partnerships across multiple stakeholders and offers significant exposure and growth opportunities. As FP&A Director you will work closely with divisional finance teams to drive results and strengthen financial rigor.

What You Will Do
- Lead a team of division FP&A managers in GBS and ensure timely completion of divisional analytics packs with robust insights explaining business performance drivers.
- Ensure delivery of services in alignment with established service-level agreements (SLAs) with divisions.
- Partner with Process Leads to drive divisional FP&A transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with division finance leaders to help FP&A managers understand internal and external business dynamics and their impact on financial outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate the development of annual plans ensuring strong collaboration among all key stakeholders.
- Oversee monthly close and forecast processesincluding providing direction reviewing results supporting system loads and preparing content for senior leadership business reviews.
- Ensure teams deliver accurate sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and provide ad hoc financial analysis for decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with broader finance and business teams to support critical reporting needs and enhance reporting capabilities and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics
- CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 18 years of finance experience with strong exposure to FP&A
- Experience in an FMCG environment strongly preferred
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of financial and commercial reporting fundamentals
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
