Project Strategy Carve-Out PlanningDevelop and own the full project charter detailed project plan timeline budget risk register and governance framework specifically for the OHS management system carve-out and new tool implementation aligned with overall enterprise carve-out milestones and a comprehensive discovery and gap analysis to map existing OHS processes workflows user roles regulatory requirements and data architecture on the legacy Intelex platform identifying carve-out dependencies data ownership boundaries and integration needs with the new entitys IT infrastructure and business clear success metrics scope boundaries and deliverables for the OHS system carve-out including tool selection support data migration configuration testing training and post-go-live support ensure strict scope control to avoid scope creep during the carve-out with executive leadership parent company IT and new entity leadership to align on carve-out service levels data separation rules and transition timelines to avoid disruptions to daily OHS operations incident reporting and compliance reporting.2. New OHS Tool Selection Vendor ManagementLead the cross-functional evaluation shortlisting and selection of a new enterprise OHS management software platform (replacing Intelex) in partnership with the OHS Compliance and IT teams develop evaluation criteria focused on OHS regulatory compliance carve-out compatibility data migration capabilities user experience scalability and integration with existing HR ERP and incident management vendor contracts statements of work (SOWs) licensing and service level agreements (SLAs) for the new OHS tool ensuring terms align with carve-out timelines budget constraints and long-term new entity OHS as the primary point of contact for the new OHS tool vendor managing vendor performance escalating technical issues and ensuring vendor deliverables meet project milestones and quality standards throughout implementation and transition.3. Data Migration Intelex Platform SeparationOversee the secure compliant separation and migration of all OHS-related data from the parent companys Intelex platform to the new OHS tool including incident reports risk assessments training records audit data compliance documentation employee safety data and regulatory and execute a rigorous data validation cleansing and mapping strategy to ensure data accuracy integrity and completeness post-migration conduct full data reconciliation between legacy Intelex and new tool to eliminate duplicates errors and missing critical compliance full compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR local data protection laws industry-specific safety standards) during data extraction transfer and storage coordinate with Legal and Compliance to secure necessary approvals fo
