Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management/IT/Businessor any 4-year course with accounting classes.
- Knowledgeable in Sales Planning/Forecasting Trade Promotions Billings and Planograms
- Technical Ability: SAP TPM (PlanEx)
- Ability to quickly learn and assess viability of other analytic tools.
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Amenable to shifting schedule (Morning Mid Night)
Responsibilities:
TPM / Customer Planning Support / Customer Forms Support
- Support the execution of TPM Customer Planning and Customer Forms requests including customer planning activities and sales team requests related to customer forms PlanEx and endtoend processing.
- Assist in handling requests and issues raised by the Sales Team by following defined processes and guidelines completing standard tasks and escalating more complex items to senior team members when needed.
- Help meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets by completing assigned tasks on time and accurately and support basic tracking or reporting of requests for Sales Planning Support.
