Principal /ElementarySchool (12 Month / Full Time)
TheElementary School Principal candidate should be visionary and have a passion for serving ALL students as well as a strong desire to foster student growth. Applicants should provide evidence of leading a collaborative culture and of proven student academic success.
Hal HenardElementaryfocuses on academic growth character development and a strong collaborative school community. The principal applicant must demonstrate the ability to lead within this type of environmentfostering high expectations for students while building meaningful relationships with staff families and community partners.
Hal Henard also serves as the home site for several of Greeneville High Schools athletic teams through a shared gym addition numerous community agencies utilize the building throughout the year. The successful candidate must be an effective communicator organized leader and visible community partner who can thoughtfully manage shared spaces while maintaining a safe student-centered learning environment.

Masters degree in Educational Administration and current valid educator license with administrative endorsement is required. Ten (10) years teaching experience administrative/supervisory experience full time position DOES include benefits.
Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
