McWilliams Heating Cooling & Plumbing is growing and were looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join the team. If you enjoy figuring out tough system issues staying busy and getting paid based on the work you do this could be a great fit.
This role focuses on commercial HVAC service maintenance and repairs across a variety of systems. Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work works well with customers and enjoys being part of a solid team.
What Youll Do as our next Commercial HVAC Tech:
Diagnose troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial equipment
Service rooftop units split systems and other commercial equipment
Identify system issues and recommend repair solutions
Complete service calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Maintain accurate service documentation
What Were Looking For in our next Commercial HVAC Tech:
3 years of commercial HVAC experience
TDLR license and EPA certification required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
