What Youll Do
- Run residential service calls (diagnose repair maintain)
- Present options and solutions to homeowners
- Deliver a 5-star experience every time
- Work on heat pumps gas furnaces air handlers and condensers
- Stay efficient organized and focused on results
What Were Looking For
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Comfortable with performance-based pay and selling
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid drivers license
- Someone who wants to stay busy and make money
