Responsibilities

Lead & Elevate an Iconic Brand Portfolio

  • Oversee a suite of timeless brands defining not only how we show up in market butwhy each brand matters.
  • Build and maintain clear brand foundations: positioning visual identity voice and enduring creative platforms.

Create Breakthrough Brand Strategy

  • Translate business strategy into culturally relevant insight-led marketing initiatives that drive affinity engagement and commercial results.
  • Build annual strategic marketing plans in partnership with business property and creative leaders.

Champion Insight & Creativity

  • Develop sharp insight-driven briefs that clearly articulate the challenge and spark world-class creative thinking.
  • Lead internal teams and agencies to deliver powerful full funnel content across paid owned and earned channels.
  • Ensure the brands ethos is consistently expressed across every guest touchpoint.

Inspire High-Performing Teams

  • Guide creatives and producers to think boldly and move with speed while reinforcing excellence collaboration and accountability.
  • Provide clear inspiring feedback that strengthens the work and elevates the craft.

Drive Cohesive GotoMarket Execution

  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure unified storytelling across all consumer touch points.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition Retention and Loyalty teams to unify brand narrative across every stage of the customer journey ensuring our brands show up powerfully and cohesively in marketing tactics CRM communications and on-property experiences.

Maximize Cultural Moments

  • Turn major cultural and brand-owned moments-sports entertainment partnerships openings product debuts-into opportunities for breakthrough storytelling and commercial success.

Shape High-Impact Collaborations

  • Create partnerships with tastemakers entertainers athletes and creators who can amplify relevance and expand reach.


Qualifications
  • 10 years of senior marketing leadershipwith a track record of revitalizing heritage brands and building culture-driving campaigns activations and partnerships.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptionalstrategic thinking and creative excellence.
  • Proven ability to translate consumer insights into compelling opportunities and inspiring briefs.
  • A natural storyteller who communicates ideas with clarity precision and energy.
  • A leader who elevates creative work through thoughtful motivating feedback.
  • Ability to operate seamlessly betweenhigh-level brand visionandhands-on execution.
  • A balanced open and analytical mindset-you connect business product and brand strategy to generate true insight.
  • Strong influence and alignment-building skills across a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring developing and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A builders mentality-improving processes elevating standards and creating systems that unlock great work at scale.
  • A steady optimistic collaborative approach especially in high-velocity environments.
  • Willingness to live in (or commute weekly to)Las Vegas.
  • Experience in hospitality gaming entertainment or loyalty marketing is a plus.
