Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst II- ONSITE-LOCAL candidates only Submit with proof of education; Bachelors Degree Requirements: Substantial healthcare implementation experience.
Min 3yrs experience; required healthcare provider experience (hospitals clinics) NOT insurance.
Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal situations.
Implementation experience is required. (Quality Assurance Testing Analysts experience with JIRA Confluence have not worked well in terms of fit so please avoid these)
Healthcare experience is required.
Ability to be onsite with 1 work at home day every 2 weeks after the first month.
Resumes need to be accurate and candidates should be able to speak to their resumes.
EMR Implementations (Epic Athena Cerner).
Epic Modules related projects. 3rd party applications related to departments in the hospitals or related to clinics (Sectra Waystar Capsule Softbank. Ancillary areas like Lab Pharmacy Radiology related implementations).
Requirements gathering and documentation along with process flows.
Experience producing project documentation like project charters status reports meeting minutes agendas. Candidates have a solid background in implementation This position interacts with various stakeholders and therefore requires the contractor to clearly communicate in both verbal and written interactions. Summary: The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for leading/guiding project meetings with the core leadership team in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into automated solutions to include workflow technical design and implementation. This entails advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of the collection system applications as well as working with the facility host support team.
