Intern Social Media and Digital CommunicationsDetailed Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting in the districts overall communications and marketing plan. It focuses on digital communication platforms including social media digital articles eNewsletters and website content.

Under the direction of the department of Community Engagement and Public Relations this position provides support to the district in the identified essential duties of the position.

Supports social media planning content graphics and posting.
Provides content for multiple digital platforms.
Design and curate graphics for digital content.
Communication Support and Tasks

Education and Experience:

Current student of junior or senior status in a communications public relations marketing or a related degree program
Experience and expertise with social media

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
