Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Strategic Sourcing
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Efficiently screen and evaluate applicants to ensure a perfect
match for job requirements and client expectations.
Multi-Channel Strategy: Utilize Zoho Recruit Indeed LinkedIn and advanced networking
to build a robust pipeline of top-tier talent.
Hiring Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies
with evolving business needs.
Candidate Experience: Maintain strong pipelines and provide an exceptional candidate
experience throughout the journey.

Payroll & HR Operations
US Payroll Management: Manage and process U.S. payrolls using ADP Workforce and
Zoho systems with absolute accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance & Records: Maintain and update accurate employee records in accordance
with company policies and applicable laws.
Attendance Tracking: Monitor and manage employee attendance reports to ensure
consistency across the organization.
Data Processing: Update payroll data based on attendance leave records and other
related adjustments.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll inquiries promptly while strictly adhering
to U.S. labor laws and client guidelines.

Generalist Functions & Employee Engagement
Lifecycle Support: Drive employee onboarding offboarding engagement initiatives and
performance review cycles.
HRIS Optimization: Maintain and optimize HRIS platforms to streamline workflows and
enhance HR reporting.
Culture & Support: Address employee queries foster a positive work environment and
resolve workplace concerns.
Administrative Excellence: Ensure accurate data entry document handling and
stakeholder coordination for error-free management.


Requirements


Education: Bachelors degree and/or Masters degree in Human Resources Management
or a related field.
Core Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR functions.
Specialized Skills: Prior experience in International recruiting is a strong plus.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with US labor laws and payroll regulations.
Software: Proficiency in ADP Workforce and Zoho systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Soft Skills: High integrity when handling confidential data and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced client-focused environment.


Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design development and delivery of structured learning solutions aligned with organizational capability and business needs. Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in partnership with business leaders to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas. Design instructional materials curricula and blended learning programs (e-learning LMS) using engaging learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Develop competency-based learning pathways to strengthen technical behavioral and leadership capabilities across the organization. Own and manage end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) operations including course creation content upload automation workflows learning paths configuration and user access management. Lead LMS automation and enrollment processes ensuring seamless nomination approvals batch enrollment reminders completion tracking certification issuance and reporting. Configure dashboards and generate analytics reports from the LMS to track participation completion rates assessment scores and learning impact metrics. Design and support development journeys for high-potential employees as part of succession planning frameworks. Supporting the quarterly Performance Management cycle. Qualifications: 35 years of professional experience in Learning & Development as an Instructional Designer and Organization Development (OD) specialist. Strong expertise in conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and translating business requirements into actionable learning solutions. Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles with experience developing engaging e-learning and blended learning programs. Demonstrated ability to design and implement competency-based learning frameworks supporting technical behavioral and leadership capability development. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) operations including course configuration content deployment learning path setup and user administration. Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and best practices for the quarterly performance evaluations. Experience supporting succession planning models and talent pipeline development Ability to design conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys and translate results into actionable plans Proven experience in conducting training needs assessments and designing/delivering need-based training programs. Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to recommend and implement continuous improvement strategies Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Canva)
