In this role you willbe responsible forthe discovery delivery and optimization of Funds In capabilities within ourpaymentsplatform. You will work closely with engineering operations compliance risk and external partners to ensure reliable compliant andcost-effectivepayment experiences that support customer growth and trust.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for a product platform or multiple product capabilities including inception discovery solutioning development testing and roll-out.
• Expected to manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create aligned backlog against a future-state solution.
• Continuously challenges the status quo and influences the product/platform strategic priorities. Creates and maintains business cases for multiple product capabilities and features.
• Delivers solutions within an agile software development lifecycle process and coordinates project launches with global change management teams.
• Defines and tracks KPIs and OKRs that can be used in executive reporting.
• Conducts comparative/benchmark analysis against competitors and conducts technology research to propose modernization and innovation.

Role Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Payments FinTech or related industries.
• Experience working with merchantbased solutions in Brazil and leading payment initiatives.
• Proven background in endtoend product ownership.
• Strong ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Experience as a Product Manager capable of generating ideas and contributing to product direction.
• Ability to analyze payment methods market dynamics and customer issues to define effective solutions.
• Strong problemsolving skills and experience tracking and improving KPIs.
• Experience building PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
• Productthinking mindset focused on defining what must be solved rather than performing project management tasks.
• Proficient in Spanish (nice to have).
