Job Summary
As a Lead Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell you will drive the success of end-to-end supply chain initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire project life cycle from meticulous planning and execution to vigilant monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is integral to identify and implement process improvements utilizing your strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement planning logistics and inventory management.
Your analytical expertise will be key in dissecting supply chain data and metrics to unearth trends risks and optimization opportunities. The development and maintenance of project plans timelines and budgets will be under your purview ensuring strict compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Lead and manage crossfunctional project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and maintain project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in supply chain project management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement planning logistics and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
- Strong project management skills. PMP Certification preferred.
- Ability to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives.
- Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
