You will help with the adoption of these new services and tools as a critical member of the Seller Fulfillment Services Team.
Key job responsibilities
Identify design develop implement and execute new and existing processes policies goals and solutions to increase adoption of fulfillment solution that enhance the overall customer experience.
Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion including operational solutions.
Create schedules identify and communicate risks to stakeholders define risk mitigation strategies and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance the operational productivity accuracy and effectiveness when helping deliver performance to customers.
Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
Resolve problems concerning transportation logistics systems supply chain and fulfillment operations.
Maintain metrics reports and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements
About the team
The WW MFN Program team is a worldwide program and insights organization that ensures the Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) delivers accurate reliable and predictable delivery experiences at global scale. We operate as the central control tower for MFN quality improving customer and seller trust by identifying and eliminating root-cause defects across systems policies carrier execution and operations rather than absorbing issues through manual work or downstream support.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
