岗位职责
- 负责公司设备的日常巡检维护与保养确保设备稳定运行
- 快速响应设备故障进行诊断维修及故障分析并做好维修记录
- 执行设备预防性维护计划PM按要求更换易损件校准与润滑
- 协助完成设备改造优化升级等相关技术工作
- 管理备件和工具保证账物一致及安全使用
- 遵守安全操作规程执行上锁挂牌LOTO等安全措施
- 协助工程师运营人员处理生产或运营现场的技术问题
- 完成团队安排的其他工作
任职要求
- 大专以上学历机电机械电工自动化相关专业优先
- 熟悉机械结构或电气系统懂基础电路液压气动更佳
- 能看懂基础机械或电气图纸
- 会使用常用维修工具及仪表
- 能进行简单 PLC参数调整者优先
- 有维修焊接机器人加工中心经验者优先
- 动手能力强能独立分析和解决问题
- 良好沟通能力能与团队协调工作
