Emergency Department Registrar
Regional Western Australia Close to Perth Start ASAP

A regional hospital in Western Australia located just over an hour from Perth is currently seeking an Emergency Department Registrar to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor with AHPRA General Registration who is looking to further develop their Emergency Medicine experience within a supportive regional setting.

The Emergency Department manages a broad mix of presentations including acute medical conditions trauma and urgent care cases from the local community and surrounding regional areas. Doctors working in this department benefit from strong consultant support and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of emergency presentations. The hospital provides exposure to resuscitation acute stabilisation and the management of undifferentiated patients making it a valuable environment for developing core emergency medicine skills. Due to the nature of regional emergency medicine registrars often gain excellent clinical exposure and autonomy while still working within a well-supported team.
