Technical Product Owner (Windows Client & Desktop Environment)

• You own the product vision and roadmap for the Windows Client and Desktop Environment
• You gather analyze and prioritize stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• You collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements
• You define and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives
• You monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• You ensure compliance with security governance and organizational standards
• You provide guidance and training to internal teams on best practices and new functionalities

• You bring at least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar IT role
• You have strong expertise in Windows Client systems desktop application management and endpoint tools such as Microsoft Intune Autopilot Entra ID and Active Directory
• You are proficient in Agile methodologies backlog management and translating business needs into technical requirements
• You demonstrate strong leadership communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• You bring a hands-on solution-oriented mindset and resilience under pressure
• You are a collaborative team player identify with the Läderach values and Charter are willing to perform on-call duties travel within Europe and are fluent in English (German is a plus)
