Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician mainly within the framework in our mixing activities you provide technical assistance for our products at customer sites and/or on our production site. You are recognized as a technical expert and also ensure the installation commissioning and maintenance of our products at customers premises. You also ensure customer satisfaction across all our services.
Responsibilities
Technical expertise:
- Remote technical assistance (email / phone / ...)
- Management of customers complaints
- Commissioning maintenance repair and training on our products at our customers premises or in our service workshop
- Promotion of our services (maintenance contract Training ...) to our clients with technical and commercial arguments
- Retaining our customers
- Host technical meetings with support services if necessary
EHS:
- Reporting the near-accidents
- Respect the wearing of security equipments
Continuous improvement:
- Collect anomalies establish an action plan and measure its impact
- Participate in monitoring and solving problems encountered during the manufacture of products
- Participation and development of continuous improvement indicators
Basic Qualifications
- Higher education with skills in mechanics hydraulics electrical and automation.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment or in mechanical maintenance.
- Proficiency in English (B2 Linguaskill).
- Planned travel (regional national and international)
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- International Travel - Ability and willingness to travel as required.
