Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Food Quality Responsibilities:This position monitors food quality attributes during production runs. Must verify quality program records. Implements Process Quality Control programs as follows: monitors and/or verifies process control checks (scale verification slice count etc.). Monitors documentation of the label verification program and the product formulation program.
- Auditing & HACCP Plan Responsibilities:Performs GMP audits in production areas and must correct and help retrain other team members as appropriate. Trained as a HACCP Authority where applicable to verify and preship HACCP records. Performs audits on the documentation of process and HACCP records. Performs a section of routine internal process and facility audits which includes detailed documentation of findings and subsequent follow-up verification of corrective actions.
- Works with USDA and 3rd party auditors as needed and helps maintain coordinate and provide continuous improvement to other Programs as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Applicants must not now or at any time in the future require employer sponsorship for a work visa.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
- Must have 1 year consistent work history in FSQA
