Primary Responsibilities:
Champion Patient-Centered Care: Ensure delivery of high-quality safe and patient-centric services while promoting initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence
Lead and Inspire Teams: Energize staff around new initiatives fostercreativityand collaboration and manage conflicts across clinical and non-clinical teams
Community Engagement: Support the practices charitable mission by partnering with schools social services and health-based agencies to improve community health
Clinical and Operational Leadership: Supervise physicians and APCs oversee orientation and mentoring contribute to hiring decisions and collaborate on departmental budgeting and practice finances

Qualifications External
Required Qualifications:
Board Certified MD or DO in Internal Medicine FamilyPracticeor Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
Unrestricted licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
Experience in a leadership or administrative role
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may bebased on specialty
3 years of clinical leadership experience
Understanding of basic quality assessment and improvement methods
