Mountain Views School District values world language instruction beginning in the early years. We are seeking an Elementary Spanish Teacher who will:
Deliver engaging developmentally appropriate Spanish instruction to students in Kindergarten through Grade 4.
Be an enthusiastic language model who inspires joy curiosity and cultural awareness.
Collaborate with a supportive team of Spanish and classroom teachers across multiple elementary schools in the district.
Communicate effectively with families and build strong trusting relationships with students and colleagues.
This is a full-time position that provides a unique opportunity to shape world language experiences for our youngest learners.
Who You Are
Our ideal candidate brings:
Strong Spanish language skills and the ability to teach with clarity creativity and energy.
Experience teaching elementary-age learners.
A solid understanding of curriculum design and research-based pedagogical strategies.
A nurturing student-centered approach that builds confidence and belonging for every learner.
Excellent communication skills with students parents and staff.
You must hold or be eligible for a Vermont Educator License with Elementary Foreign Language Endorsement.
