DescriptionAs a Sr Payroll Supervisor here at Honeywell you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate payment to our employees. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee endtoend payroll processing including data entry calculations and disbursements
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries wages and benefits to employees
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business needs and implement best practices in payroll management
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations
- Provide guidance and support to the payroll team ensuring compliance with payrollrelated laws and regulations
- Manage payrollrelated projects and initiatives
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Payroll Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
