The opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist you will be a key member of Hitachi Energys India Talent Acquisition team contributing to the development of a global future-ready workforce. Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in Hitachi Energys strategy of building an integrated global value chainwhere sourcing excellence talent intelligence and recruitment capabilities are shared across regions to enable agility efficiency and high-impact business outcomes. As an integral part of our HR and Talent organization you will help drive data-driven sourcing practices that strengthen our global talent pipelines. Your expertise will directly support Hitachi Energys commitment to innovation operational excellence and strategic workforce planning across international markets.
How youll make an impact:
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across technical and corporate functions.
Leverage advanced sourcing toolsincluding LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Boolean search social channels and specialized talent databases.
Conduct in-depth market research talent mapping and competitor intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for current forecasted and hard-to-fill roles.
Identify engage and nurture passive candidates ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Conduct preliminary screening to evaluate candidate based on skills experience and role requirements.
Partner collaboratively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and refine search strategies.
Provide data-backed insights on talent availability market trends and sourcing effectiveness.
Maintain accurate up-to-date candidate information and activity tracking within the ATS.
Monitor analyze and report sourcing metrics conversion rates and pipeline health to support continuous improvement.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field. 35 years of hands-on sourcing experience across technical engineering IT/digital or corporate roles.
Strong expertise with sourcing platforms such as ATS systems LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Boolean search techniques and social media sourcing.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and hiring teams.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments. Experience sourcing in manufacturing engineering energy or industrial domains is preferred.
Ability to prioritize multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of the Indian talent landscape. Experience with Workday ATS is an advantage.
Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring best practices.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
