Your future duties and responsibilities:
Job Description :
Lead and manage the data warehousing team to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Oversee the design development and implementation of data warehousing projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Manager in data warehousing projects.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts ETL processes and data modelling.
Proficiency in Informatica stack (including IDMC).
Experience in US healthcare payer or life insurance industry.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Optional:
Excellent project management skills including planning scheduling and budgeting.
Proficiency in one or more of Databricks IDMC Azure Data Factory Teradata Vantage.
Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in Python and/or PySpark.
Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan prioritise and complete your own work whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
