Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the body shop including production scheduling quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of technicians estimators and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and customers.
- Prepare and manage the body shop budget ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.
- Utilize estimating software and other technology to streamline operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase shop efficiency and productivity.
- Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring timely repairs and open communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in estimating software and other relevant computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid drivers license.
