POSITION SUMMARY:

Environmental Solutions Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Chattanooga TN. This role will serve as a key member of the FP&A team and be responsible for several key processes within the financial planning and analysis function.

This role will be a key team member in driving improved reporting financial analysis and forecasting. Specifically the person will be responsible for delivering timely financial reporting to Senior Management developing SG&A forecasts consolidating monthly forecasts improving FP&As processes and ad hoc analysis and reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

• Support and drive analysis for monthly and quarterly rolling financial forecasting and the annual operating plan for all business units and consolidated.
• Enhance the processes and tools used to deliver management reporting to provide relevant timely financial information to support decision-making aligned with organizational objectives.
• Continually enhance the use of business intelligence budgeting and reporting tools so that relevant financial information is delivered efficiently throughout the organization.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue cost of sales expenses capital expenditures free cash flow and other relevant areas.
• Act as finance support for product management on key business initiatives and potential M&A activity.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for improved operations of the Finance Team.
• Provide financial support and training for business partners such as Sales Engineering and Operations.
• Ad-hoc reporting analysis special projects and presentations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional finance/business environment.
• Intellectually curious and has thirst for knowledge.
