Job Summary
Technical Skills:
Salesforce platform expertise: Energy & Utility Cloud Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Apex Lightning Components Visualforce Flows REST/SOAP APIs.
Integration patterns: middleware (MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica) ETL tools web services.
Data modeling architecture design and governance principles.
Experience with CI/CD version control and release management.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices security compliance and performance optimization.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Lead-ership and mentoring capability.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ultimate
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Requirements
10 years of Salesforce experience with at least 35 years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce in complex enterprise environments.
Proven track record of delivering integrated Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy.
Strategic thinking and enterprise-wide perspective.
Ability to handle high-complexity projects with multiple integrations.
Customer-focused mindset: ensuring Salesforce solutions drive business value.
Adaptability in a rapidly changing cloud environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
3 years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources
