Job Summary
Now Hiring: Career Advisor Carrington College
Location: Tucson AZ
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
One day per week: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Position Overview:
Carrington College is seeking a Career Advisor to support students and graduates in achieving their career goals. This role focuses on career coaching job placement assistance and building relationships with local employers.
Responsibilities:
Provide career guidance resume support and interview preparation
Assist students and graduates with job search strategies and employment opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with local employers and hiring partners
Track job placement outcomes and maintain accurate records
Support career workshops and professional development activities
Qualifications:
Associate Degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in career services workforce development recruiting or advising is a plus
Organized professional and able to work in a fast-paced environment
