The Role:
SpryPoint is in an exciting phase of growth and were investing in the learning experiences that help our clients partners and team members thrive. As a Senior Learning Design & Enablement Specialist youll be a key part of our Learning & Development team - sitting within the broader Centre of Excellence - and play a meaningful role in shaping how people learn at and through SpryPoint.
This isnt just a content creation role. Youll design scalable curriculum facilitate live learning experiences and help translate complex technical concepts into training that actually sticks. From client onboarding to internal enablement to partner certification your work will have a direct impact on how successfully people adopt and use our products.
Youll report to the L&D Team Leader and work closely with fellow Instructional Designers as well as our Product Development UI and Service Delivery teams.
Where Youll Work:
This role is based out of our Atlanta GA office on a hybrid basis - we ask that youre in the office around three days a week though were flexible on which days those are and happy to find a rhythm that works for you.
Occasional travel may come up from time to time though its not a regular part of the role.
Interview Process

Heres what you can expect:
Step 1: Recruiter Screening Conversation - An initial chat to learn more about your background career goals and interest in SpryPoint.
Step 2: Technical Writing Assignment -A short take-home exercise designed to give you an early opportunity to showcase your instructional writing skills and how you think about clarity and learning design. We keep it focused and respectful of your time.
Step 3: 30-Minute Interview with the L&D Team Lead -If your assignment resonates with the team youll meet with our L&D Team Lead for a deeper conversation about your experience approach to design and facilitation style.
Step 4: Final Presentation & Discussion with L&D Leadership - Youll present and walk through your written assignment with our L&D Team Leader VP of Centre of Excellence and key stakeholders in a collaborative 45-minute session - a more formal presentation with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.
Step 5: References/Offer - Well check your references to confirm all the great things weve learned about you. If all goes well well be thrilled to extend an offer and welcome you to the team!
