Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

What Youll Do

Operate production equipment used to mix and manufacture coating materials
Load ingredients into tanks and mixing equipment following production instructions
Monitor gauges controls and equipment during the manufacturing process
Take samples and perform basic quality checks
Adjust equipment settings to keep production running smoothly
Record production data and report any equipment issues
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
Keep work areas clean and organized

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Experience in manufacturing chemical production or warehouse environments preferred
Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to work in a team environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move throughout the production facility
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with required PPE
