Summary:
The Rental Store Manager will drive the development of the rental services business for Ohio CAT. As Ohio CAT continues to grow their rental businesses we will face different sets of challenges which will require different types of support. This position will identify areas of improving operations and maximizing profits while providing the highest standard of customer service. To be effective a Rental Store Manager must be willing to accept and assist in driving change. This role requires on-site work at our office.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Must be a leader with great people skillsanenthusiastic personality a proven communicator andtheability to teach job responsibilities to new team members.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to coordinate programs and logistics associated with the programsarerequired and must be able to delegate effectively keeping the organization on track.
- Understands all facets of financial reporting (P/L statements and Balance sheets) and along with controlling expenses within the company monitors the G/L distribution of income and expenses to assure accurate reporting each month.
- Must have assessment techniques of examining questioning evaluating and reporting on the performance of each store.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required and a college degree in a related field is preferred.
- Must have experience and training in the understanding ofstart-upprocedures necessary for a rental store knowledge of operations sales service and systems.
- Experience in the renal industry or equivalent experience is required.
- Previous business management experience and mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- A working knowledge ofIrental Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and equipment is required.
- Must be able to perform and explain every job in the rental store and organize and deliver basic training on products operations sales service and systems.
- 401(k):Match and employer discretionary contribution.

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist; to lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
