Job Summary

Minnehaha Academy is a PreK 12th grade Christian school and a mission of the Northwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church.

Our mission is to provide a high quality education integrating the Christian faith and learning.

Minnehaha Academys Summer Camp has full-time openings for Camp Minnehaha Counseling Assistants.

Position Dates: June 8 August 7 2026.

Hours: 8:20 am 4:10 pm

Salary Range:Pay starts at $16.37 per hour with potential increase based on experience.

Position Qualifications & Requirements

Dependable person with a strong work ethic.
A love for working playing and hanging out with kids.
Great at communicating and building relationships with kids parents and teammates.
Able to plan and run fun age-appropriate activities.
Previous experience in a school church or camp setting.
Comfortable taking direction from the Lead Counselor and working well in a team.
Can fully support the schools mission and values.
Open to participating in prayer and devotions.
CPR and First Aid certifications is a plus.
