Qualifications :

Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management sprint planning and issue tracking.
Working knowledge of REST APIs JSON and integration concepts with the ability to support partner onboarding and triage technical issues.
Proven ability to write user stories acceptance criteria and technical documentation for cross-functional engineering teams.
