- This position is onsite in El Salvador. Candidates located outside of El Salvador will be considered only if they are willing to a temporary relocation.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Industrial Engineering Business Engineering Product Design Education Technology or a related field.
- Product Management certification or specialization.
- 5 years of experience working with software development teams across the full SDLC under Agile methodologies.
- 4 years of experience as a Product Manager Product Owner or Product Leader.
- Strong technical background or software development knowledge enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery launch and iteration.
- Experience working with complex stakeholder environments preferably in public sector or highly regulated contexts.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments with evolving priorities requirements and constraints.
- Solid understanding of usability accessibility scalability and data security principles.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks manage dependencies and adjust plans proactively.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking product and business metrics.
- Conversational to Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- Availability to work onsite. Candidates outside El Salvador must be willing to relocate temporarily.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with client objectives public sector requirements and business outcomes.
- Establish and communicate a clear product vision connecting MVPs to measurable goals and impact.
- Lead discovery and requirement definition with Design Research and Engineering teams.
- Translate insights into actionable roadmaps epics user stories and priorities.
- Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the SDLC to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and complex stakeholder groups.
- Define and oversee functional and non-functional requirements including accessibility scalability usability and data security.
- Anticipate risks manage dependencies and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor product performance and adoption using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency.
