Job Summary
Were looking for an aspiring HR leader ready to take their first step into HR Management. If youre an experienced HR Advisor or HR professional eager to step up gain broader responsibility and make a real impact this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role youll support Operations Directors and their wider teams becoming a trusted partner across all aspects of people management. Youll work handson with employee relations cases performance management longterm sickness safeguarding and daytoday HR guidance.
Youll also be involved in wider HR activity such as TUPE processes restructures absence management recruitment for managerlevel roles and championing training apprenticeships and continued development across your area. Youll have the chance to build strong relationships with managers influence decisionmaking and represent HR in regular meetings and HR clinics.
This is a busy role and involves a lot of teamwork so you will need to be a great communicator and be able to organise your time and work on your own initiative where required. Most of all you should be a real people person who is happy to help support our managers and teams. If you have the drive and passion you will be a great success.

Qualifications :
- HR experience is essential preferably within the hospitality industry.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
Additional Information :
Salary - Competitive
This is a hybrid working role of at least 3 days in the Reading office after the initial induction period.
CIPD study support will be considered in the future if you wish to further your HR career.
