Job Summary
Do you want to go beyond visualizing data and actively shape the future of mobility through advanced analytics With us youll start where standard reporting ends. As part of our Customer Experience and Retail Sales team youll develop highly precise predictive models to understand tomorrows customer behavior today. Your focus wont be on maintaining dashboards but on generating actionable insights and strategic decision frameworks for our top management. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You develop and implement advanced machine learning models to predict churn probabilities customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and customer lifetime value
- Using complex pattern analysis you identify the underlying causes behind customer issues and derive concrete optimization opportunities
- You translate complex data analyses into compelling storyboards and decision frameworks for top management to directly influence SIXTs strategic direction
- You actively leverage cutting-edge AI development tools (such as Cursor) to make your analysis pipelines and Python scripts more efficient and scalable
- You wont work in an isolated data silo: youre directly embedded in the business unit experiencing firsthand how your analyses translate into real business actions
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Quantitative Background You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics Mathematics Statistics Data Science or a comparable field with a strong focus on analytics
- Tech Stack & Python Youre an expert in Python and proficient with data science libraries (e.g. Pandas Scikit-learn XGBoost) and you master SQL at a senior level for complex data modeling
- Machine Learning Expertise You possess solid experience applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to real business cases
- AI & Tool Affinity Youre ahead of the curve using AI-powered coding editors like Cursor to boost productivity and have a passion for the modern data stack ecosystem
- Business Acumen & Communication You possess the ability to present complex technical matters precisely and appropriately for stakeholders acting as a persuasive advisor
