- Taking care of Headcount control list reports to Finance and HRBPs (in Excel)
- Calculating yearly wage increase and bonus payouts to Company Standards
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B) related HR topics interface to HR Shared Service Center monthly Payroll topics
- Reporting Company car changes to related interfaces (such as Payroll)
- Responsible for HRIT system (SAP Success Factor)
- Supporting activities during the implementation of new HR C& B standards processes and initiatives as well as general cooperation in HR projects
- Interface for Company Pension for employees and suppliers
- Maintaining the LTIC organizational charts
- Owner of the C&B Policy incl. updates
Qualifications :
- Successfully completed commercial training with qualification as a HR specialist or a degree with a focus on HR (Personal Management)
- Very Good English and German language skill
- Good computer skills incl. Word. Strong skills in Excel & Powerpoint
- SAP Success Factor knowledge is a plus
- Sense of responsibility and a high degree of confidentiality
- Sense for policies process standardization and optimization
- Enjoy responsibility in an international team
- Flexible for the new organization and new task
