- Good knowledge of product validation methodologies particularly those related to lifetime and durability requirements.
- Experience in designing validation plans based on anticipated failure modes using FMEA and Impact analysis
- Proven experience in conducting failure analysis and identifying root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D CAR and FTA.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally coordinate testing activities and engage effectively with customers.
- Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with international testing standards and their appropriate application and correlation within automotive environment
- Reliability Certifications REX (preferred/not mandatory)
