Summary of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Consistently delivering professional friendly and engaging service
  • Leading and supervising the Reception and Transportation teams while upholding all service standards
  • Handling Owner and Guest concerns with urgency and care documenting issues and notifying the appropriate departments
  • Attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  • Assigning daily tasks based on operational needs and workflow
  • Balancing operational administrative and Colleague needs
  • Assisting Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative helpful manner
  • Coordinating Owner and Guest arrival and departure schedules
  • Managing daily transportation logistics
  • Serving as Manager on Duty as assigned
  • Following departmental policies procedures and service standards
  • Adhering to all safety policies
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers License in good standing required
  • Previous experience in guest services department preferred
  • Previous Property Management System experience preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent kneeling pushing pulling lifting
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps

Additional Information :

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
