Drive supplier improvement to meet QDCFTSR targets; define sourcing
strategies and technical and commercial requirements for new components on truck
programs; own segment P&L by leading negotiations quote strategies and cost-
reduction roadmaps; champion post-SOP product and process changes and coordinate
ECNs APQP/PPAP and cross-functional launch support; monitor and mitigate supply
risk with the Supply Network Resiliency team via capacity studies dual sourcing
localization and recovery plans; analyze supplier capacity and constraints to preempt
plant impacts and aftermarket shortages; scout benchmark and qualify new partners
through research and trade-show engagement; leverage global partners to create
purchasing synergies on specifications tooling and volume bundling; set cost targets and
should-cost models track commodity indices and raw-material trends prepare executive-
ready sourcing recommendations; maintain supplier dashboards and scorecards drive
corrective actions and report KPI progress against timing and profitability objectives.
Qualifications :
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration and two
years of experience.
