Job Summary

Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provides clerical support to the HR team
Compiling and organizing papers and digital employment records
Scanning different type of documents
Storing scanned documents in folders
Storing documents in employees Personal Records (originals and hard copy)
Removing/replacing ex-employees Personal Records in different storage
Support Local HR in different HR activities
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments

Qualifications :

Strong administration skills
Strong organizational skills including experience managing multiple priorities
Good attention to detail
Respect of confidentiality
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office
