- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provides clerical support to the HR team
- Compiling and organizing papers and digital employment records
- Scanning different type of documents
- Storing scanned documents in folders
- Storing documents in employees Personal Records (originals and hard copy)
- Removing/replacing ex-employees Personal Records in different storage
- Support Local HR in different HR activities
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
Qualifications :
- Strong administration skills
- Strong organizational skills including experience managing multiple priorities
- Good attention to detail
- Respect of confidentiality
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
