FT Junior for HS & Export Compliance (Temporary position)

Review validation and completion of incoming declarations with HS data from EU27
Perform completeness checks and manage unstructured data
Conduct qualitative and detailed analysis of content data
Report on export control and sanctions compliance data set matrix
Track and trace relevant FT cases related to customs tariff classification via ESM and/or MS Outlook
Perform research and validation in SAP (MM SD GTS and other FT systems)
Create structured databases for future process automation
Conduct regular meetings with specific countries to check data and improve the quality of incoming data

Qualifications :

Basic fundamental knowledge of FT and Trade Compliance operations (minimum 1 year of experience)
Bachelors degree (Economics Business Administration Logistics Law or similar) preferred
Advanced Excel skills
High motivation and curiosity for data analytics and large-scale database management
Ability to derive insights for managerial decision-making and strong presentation skills
Strong communication motivation proactivity and reliability
Good conflict resolution skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and within an international team
Excellent English (written and spoken)
