SLS Playa Mujeres part of SLS Hotels and Ennismore Accor is looking for a Director of Leisure Sales to lead and grow our leisure segment in one of the most competitive and exciting destinations in the Caribbean.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic partnerships expanding international markets and positioning SLS Playa Mujeres as a preferred luxury lifestyle destination for leisure travelers.
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader with strong industry relationships deep knowledge of the leisure segment and a proven track record in revenue generation.
- Develop and execute the leisure sales strategy aligned with hotel revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with tour operators wholesalers travel agencies and consortia in key international markets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the hotels global leisure footprint.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships to maximize production and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management Marketing and Distribution teams to optimize performance.
- Represent the hotel at international trade shows industry events and sales missions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a strong competitive position.
Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism Business Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience in hotel sales with a strong focus on the leisure segment.
- Proven experience working with international tour operators and global markets.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican Caribbean hospitality market.
- Advanced English required.
- Excellent negotiation relationship-building and leadership skills.
