Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting administrative audits across HC records and compliance documentation
- Support day-to-day operational tasks including data management filing systems and process tracking
- Identify inefficiencies and help streamline small-scale HR processes
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative deliverables
- Prepare reports summaries and checklists for audit readiness and internal reviews
Qualifications :
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Detail-oriented organized and comfortable handling repetitive or nitty-gritty tasks with precision have a can do attitude
- Basic understanding of HR or administrative procedures (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Able to commit to full-time/part-time internship schedule
