Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting administrative audits across HC records and compliance documentation
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks including data management filing systems and process tracking
  • Identify inefficiencies and help streamline small-scale HR processes
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative deliverables
  • Prepare reports summaries and checklists for audit readiness and internal reviews

Qualifications :

Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Detail-oriented organized and comfortable handling repetitive or nitty-gritty tasks with precision have a can do attitude
  • Basic understanding of HR or administrative procedures (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Able to commit to full-time/part-time internship schedule
