We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA VA USDA Loans. We our Headquartered in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer who works with loan originators brokers and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough post-closing reviews of mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory investor and company standards
Accurately identify document and categorize any discrepancies or defects found during the audit process
Adhere to established auditing guidelines investor requirements and internal policies
Consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Basic Qualifications:

Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Specific Qualifications:

1-2 years of auditing experience preferred
Familiarity with FHA VA and USDA loan programs is a plus
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends inconsistencies and root causes in loan file data
Strong understanding of mortgage loan documents compliance regulations and post-closing procedures
