We have an exciting and challenging role within our team where you are responsible for executing specific customer development and training plans by providing full clinical and technical support to all your accounts within your territory and cross region when required to meet our business needs.
This role focuses on executing tactical marketing plans driving product adoption and supporting the sales team to achieve market share and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing within the healthcare sector with experience in electrophysiology and will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our existing product portfolio.
Purpose of the role:
The key objective of this role will be to manage the launch and adoption of the NPIs in the Contact Force Catheter portfolio and Launch our PFA Platform pipeline.
Manage Analysis of the Market Dynamics Latest Procedural Trends and Market Share Data to ensure our strategy alliance to the UK Market. Including regularly reviews analytics and ROI reporting against benchmarks adjusts resources as necessary
Defines business goals aligned with overall business strategies to be met through engagement activities defines ROI models in alignment with the National and EMEA priorities.
Manage Strategic Business Planning: Market shaping exercises to ensure our Electrophysiology strategy is in line with the market.
Lead Analysis of the Market Dynamics Latest Procedural Trends and Market Share Data to ensure our strategy alliance to the UK Market.
Set priorities and utilization of marketing key activities
Regularly reviews analytics and ROI reporting against benchmarks adjusts resources as necessary
End to end ownership of Contact Force Catheter portfolio and NPIs (Currently QDOT & VARIPULSE) using LEX principles
Manage and influence supporting functions and EMEA team to ensure smooth execution and to maximise impact of the new technologies
Creates and manages internal and external communication plans. (Omnichannel)
Aligns marketing goals with digital channels (Showpad) targeted personas and curated content.
Manage Strategy for marketing events (ie. Congresses) to maximise exposure of NPIs
Lead Product Lifecycle Management - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of electrophysiology products including product launches growth strategies and product obsolescence ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Execution of Marketing Plans; Implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the cardiovascular electrophysiology platform focusing on driving product adoption and supporting sales initiatives.
Execution of Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of the electrophysiology platform utilizing various channels to reach key audiences.
Lead KOL Engagement and development in line with our PFA portfolio.

Who will you be working with:
You will work closely with the UK and EMEA Marketing Team Legal Finance. Regulatory and Supply Chain team. Furthermore you will be connecting with the sales force and senior management.
Who are we looking for
Highly motivated leader with the desire to succeed in a fast-paced role.
Leadership (1st Line) experience of managing a MedTech Team in sales or marketing.
Proven experience with at least 5 years the MedTech field EP experience is essential.
Previous experience in marketing is preferred.
Proficient in English both verbal and written communication.

Ability to build and lead positive relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders
Self-disciplined organised and able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives and your own time management.
